As AI makes its way into our lives, we see that along with the great potential, there are significant risks, including deepfakes and disinformation, massive job losses, security threats, loss of human interaction, and an uncontrollable self-aware AI. However, laws and regulations have been slow to address these outcomes. Can a legal response effectively lower the risks of AI while allowing us to reap its benefits? Join Sebastian Benthall as he explores how AI is regulated in Europe and the United States and whether these safeguards will be enough and what action people can take to reduce risk in a world with more AI.
