Join guest speaker, Colonel Winston Williams as he discusses a legal approach to defining rights under the U.S. Constitution and the UN Declaration of Human Rights, and the legal mechanisms for protecting these rights.
Colonel Williams is the Professor and Head for the Department of Law at the United States Military Academy at West Point. He currently serves as the Course Director and primary instructor for Advance Constitutional Law. He has served in a number of legal positions, advising commanders on a broad spectrum of legal issues related to criminal law, international law, and administrative law.
