“MODERN TIMES, ETHICS, AND A NEW FANGLED APPROACH TO TEACHING”
This month’s River Journal ran a piece on the Ethical Culture Society of Northern Westchester in both their online and print editions. River Journal has a total online audience of 1,630 and a print circulation of 21,850.
The article by Wendy Mbekelu focused on the Ethics for Children program at ESNW and how it teaches students ethical and moral lessons they can learn throughout their lives. Leader Dr. Bob Berson and teacher Anne Cunney are quoted in the article. Here is a quote from Bob worth highlighting:
“Parents who come to the Ethical Society value this process of wanting their kids to learn, to question, to raise hypotheses, to think of alternatives, to think for themselves.”
The article also makes mention of the “Raising the Next Generation” series happening at the Society this month and notes that ESNW is part of the AEU. Click to read the full article River Journal.
