Ethical Humanism has been a confusing endeavor for many who have been exposed to it. Is it religious? Is it spiritual?
Is it a philosophy or a way of life? Perhaps it is all of the above in some fashion – at least that is what ethical humanist clergy leader and guest speaker, Bart Worden, will seek to convey in this program It is decidedly not a “talk” as Bart will be using songs to illustrate the ideas (and ideals) of ethical humanism.
Bart Worden is a retired Ethical Culture Leader and former Executive Director for the American Ethical Union. In addition to his work in ethical humanist circles, Bart worked as a practitioner and administrator for community behavioral health programs. Musically, Bart is a member of the Old Mill Singers chorus and the BriarClefs a cappella group. He is currently working toward a solo concert featuring 25 songs about love relationships.
