This Sunday, January 12th at 11:00 AM:
Join Westchester Children’s Association’s Limarie Cabrera, Director of Data and Rebekah Raz, Director of Development for a discussion on issues and conditions affecting children in Westchester county.
In a county that seems to be so abundant with opportunity, many children face barriers beyond their control, preventing them from succeeding at the same rate as their peers. Race, location and even gender can disproportionately affect children’s outcomes. Our talk will paint a statistical portrait of what is happening with Westchester’s children today, and lay the groundwork for discussion of what we can do to build a community where race and gender no longer limit children’s potential.
