February 12 marked the 215th birthday of Charles Darwin. In honor of his birthday, Dr. Rost will explore how the teachings of evolution rocked our world and forever changed the way we view our own species and our understanding of who we are in the world.
Dr. Nori Rost is the full-time clergy leader of the New York Society for Ethical Culture. Prior to her arrival at NYSEC in August, 2021, she was the minister of All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church in Colorado Springs for 13 years. Before then she was a minister with Metropolitan Community Church for 20 years, also serving in denominational leadership. This coming July she will celebrate 35 years of being clergy.
